I am based in Milton Keynes, and I offer professional online or face-to-face counselling and hypnotherapy to help you overcome challenges, build resilience and connect with your inner strengths. Whether your struggling with anxiety or low mood, overthinking and constantly doubting yourself, or feeling like nothing you do is every good enough. Do you need a space to talk freely and openly about your thoughts, feelings & experiences whilst being truly heard in an emphatic and non-judgemental way without anyone else’s opinions? You may have pain or trauma in your past that you’ve not yet felt safe to or confident to explore & tackle. Or be looking to proactively set some goals. I can appreciate that looking for therapy can feel like a huge step, which is why my focus is to create a welcoming, safe, non-judgmental and confidential space where you can feel comfortable enough to be yourself and to share openly.  

There are many approaches to psychotherapy, each with their own unique strengths. The most important part of your journey is finding a therapist with whom you feel comfortable and understood, this relationship is where the real work begins.

With over ten years of experience, I have had the honour of supporting people with a wide range of mental health challenges through various local government initiatives, Schools and Addiction Rehabilitation Centres. 

I have been trained in the pluralistic approach which means I am able to draw from different Therapeutic methods such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Hypnotherapy, Person-centred Therapy and Psycho-dynamic Therapy, this enables us to collaboratively tailor our sessions to fit your unique needs and goals. It’s all about finding the right support for you.
